TOKAI is used by a number of 60 ANSPs as the main tool for reporting, investigating and sharing safety information. Key users like DFS, ENAV, Belgocontrol, NATS, DSNA and even Thailand and Singapore since July 2018. Also, U.S. FAA is partnering with European ANSPs and Eurocontrol in supporting the safety reporting and investigation via eTOKAI.
EMCIP is a platform for analysis and reporting of maritime safety incidents.
The EMCIP (European Marine Casualty Information Platform) database is structured to enable the storage and processing of ship casualty related data, as well as data relating to occupational accidents. The database is populated by the national competent authorities of the Member States acting as data providers, who are supported by the system itself in their notifying, reporting and searching tasks, as well as in their preparatory work for conducting safety investigations. EMSA manages the system and accepts the communicated data before they are finally stored.
Installed at EMSA HQ in Lisbon, EMCIP platform is used by more than 20 other units as to report, store and investigate ship casualties.
ASMT is a high performance monitoring and replaying tool used to detect, collect and analyze safety events.
